Tony and his team created a very memorable evening for us. The food was excellent! We had the lobster spaghetti and the brisket. Perfect.I also really enjoyed the whisky sour!Tony then gave us a ride to Split Rock Brewhouse, just up the road. We highly recommend this restaurant!
We ate here twice. Once for an afternoon snack and the next day for lunch. The chef clearly takes pride in his work. The food is of high quality and delicious. Service was so friendly and genuine. This is not a greasy spoon dinner. If you are looking for great fresh food this is the place.
The food and service were both wonderful! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Big thanks to Tony and his team! They went above and beyond.We shared the kale salad, brisket, lobster pasta and blueberry pie - all of which was top notch. Try the whiskey sour with iceberg ice!
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was the best meal I had in all of Newfoundland. They were a bit short staffed the night my father and I went, but Tony (who we think was the owner), took care of us. They were friendly for gluten free, able to provide gluten free bread with our soup and sub in gluten free pasta in our lobster dish. I will never forget the lobster pasta dish, it was one of the best I have ever had in my life. The sour ice cream was also great. They had good French wine on the menu, which is a plus. And, the view from their outdoor seating was excellent.
Delicious, fresh food. A bit higher end prices but worth it for fresh, healthy food. Gorgeous view.
